About project
The interior design concept of this project is based on a graceful classical style combined with contemporary minimalism. The spacious rooms are decorated in light tones, featuring stucco decorations on the walls and modern furniture accented with classic decorative elements. The bathrooms are fitted with large-format marble tiles, and the living areas are uniformly laid with herringbone parquet flooring. The refined lighting in the baseboards creates a special atmosphere in the evenings.
In the master bedroom, the newly created open wardrobe is structurally separated from the sleeping area by a backlit onyx wall. The placement of the bed has been carefully chosen to ensure that the panoramic glazing provides a breathtaking sea view upon waking. The 150-square-meter apartment, with its bright and spacious rooms, exudes an airy, generous atmosphere. To further enhance this sense of space, numerous large-format mirrors in beautiful, handcrafted designer frames have been installed. These apartments are designed to offer their residents the highest level of living comfort and a deep appreciation for design.
