About project

...This new burger project in Odessa is executed in a minimalist design. The operators' concept is to encourage guests to take their food to go and not linger for too long. Therefore, the seating is limited, and the main focus is on the bar counter, which also serves as an open kitchen and serving area. The bar counter is made of glass blocks in a metal frame, topped with a stainless steel work surface and equipped with internal lighting. Above the bar, metal shelves with acrylic glass fronts display the menu items....

In the corner of the open kitchen, there is a large pizza oven clad in mosaic tiles. To create the illusion of a larger space, we have installed numerous mirrors, whose reflections double the interesting details of the interior. The left wall of the room is clad in wood and features the backlit logo. The tables are made of microcement with stainless steel accents, and the bar stools, fixed to the floor, are also made of stainless steel with leather seats. Simple, functional, yet elegant.
